Return and Processing Conditions:
Return Policy: To return an item purchased from our online store, you must follow our returns policy, which states that returns are only accepted within 14 days (including weekends) after receiving the product. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, in accordance with Law 23/2003, of 10 July, on Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods (BOE no. 165, 11-07-2003, pp. 27160-27164).
· Product Conditions: The item must be in its original condition, including protective films, components, and packaging that must remain unopened and undamaged. We do not accept returns of consumable products (such as CDs, DVDs, memory cards, paper, ink cartridges, software with open activation licences) or customised products ordered exclusively by the customer.
Return Procedure:
- Access: Log into your Customer Account.
- Order Selection: Go to Order History and Details and click on Details of the order you wish to return.
- Initiating the Return: Tick the box next to the product reference you wish to return and briefly state the reason.
- Authorisation: Once you receive authorisation by email, download the returns form from the Goods Returns section and place it inside the parcel.
- Shipping: Send the parcel to the following address:

Receipt and Assessment: We will confirm receipt of the parcel and our technical service will examine the product.
Return Outcome: If the product is in perfect condition, the refund of the paid amount will be processed (excluding shipping costs).
Important:
Shipments sent freight collect or cash on delivery will not be accepted.
If the return does not comply with the conditions, it will be refused and the product will be sent back to you freight collect.
You will receive the voucher information by email within a maximum of 48 hours.

Additional Note on Refunds: In the case of products purchased with free delivery, the full refund will only apply if the product has a genuine fault. If, after technical assessment, it is confirmed that the product works correctly, the refund amount will be reduced by administrative and logistical costs arising from the shipment, calculated based on the weight, type of packaging, delivery speed and materials used for transport.
