Conditions of advance reservation of products

The advance reservation of products will only be confirmed by advance payment (Card, Bank transfer, PayPal).

We do not accept reservation of products with payment on delivery.

The reservations of products with payment on delivery will be sent after having attended in the first place the orders with reservation with advance payment, and they will not have the right to receive the discount offered in the product file. The catalog price will be applied on the date of availability.

We do not guarantee the exact delivery date of the product due to delays that may be caused by logistical problems due to external agents.

We guarantee the delivery of the order in a maximum of 60 business days after the reservation, having the right to return the amount paid within the first 14 days from the creation of the order. In case of cancellation within the first 14 days, the amount paid would be credited by the same method used to make the payment.
